Upon a Dandelion

Eyes scrunched closed,
She blows gently,
Spreading seeds into the breeze;
The wish upon her lips
Silent and serious,
Leaving only a naked stem
Between her fingers,
As she opens her eyes wide
With expectation.

Be well,

Monty
